We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us, so if there are any problems or issues please contact us by:

Butchery & Perishable Goods
We are proud of our high quality home reared produce here at Mainsgill, and strive to provide the highest quality meat. As from our family farm, and all processed in our onsite butchery we guarantee the quality of our produce.
Upon delivery, you must inspect the outer packaging before signing. After accepting the delivery, you must inspect the goods immediately. Please view our Terms and Conditions for full information.
We are unable to accept the return of any fresh produce delivered and offer refunds/exchanges, unless due to defect or default. If any fresh produce goods delivered do not meet your reasonable satisfaction please contact us to discuss further.
Ambient Food & Drink
Refund will only be given for faulty or damaged goods.
In the event of faulty or damaged goods, please contact us. Refunds, including postage, will be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase.
Exchanges/change of mind: this will be made by the discretion of Mainsgill Farmshop as we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Please contact us on, with a brief explanation if possible and the details of the product. Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition and in any original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item with reasonable insurance/tracking on the item if required.
If you wish to return or exchange an item of giftware purchased from www.mainsgillfarm.co.uk, please contact us with a brief explanation if possible with reason and/or replacement to be sent.
If you wish to return, you have 14 days to do so. Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition and in any original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item with reasonable insurance/tracking on the item if required.
